  • What are the frames made of

    The frames are made of arcylic coated in resin. Resin gives a glass-like finish, but is much, much glossier and brings out vivid colour. Resin can not "break" like glass, although it can be damaged if not treated with some care. If you require more information, please don't hesitate to contact us at mail@tocherish.com.au

  • What methods of payment do you accept?

    You can pay by credit card, cheque, money order or direct deposit. Please note your order will not be processed until payment has been cleared

    No. You can opt to pay by cheque, money order, or by direct deposit into our bank account

  • How do I pay by credit card?

    We use Paypal to accept payment by credit or debit card. You do not need a Paypal account to make payment. Just click the button that says I don't have a Paypal account and you will be directed to the payment page

  • What is Paypal?

    Paypal is a global trading and financial service used to process credit card payments securely. It is one of the safest ways to send money online because your payment is sent without sharing financial information. Paypal uses the world's most advanced fraud prevention systems

  • Do you deliver to overseas destinations?

  • What are your postage and handling costs?

    Regular post: $5.40
    Express post: $9.70

  • How long will my order take to arrive?

    Once payment has been accepted, work will begin on your frame. Please note that all frames are finished with a resin coating, which takes a minimum 72 hours to reach optimal finish. After this process, the finishing assembly of your frame can take place and will be ready for delivery. In most cases, your order will be shipped within 5 days. We will advise if there is a longer wait. For priority orders, you can email us and we will do our best to be of assistance

  • Information for customers in the United States

    We can deliver to the United States via registered international air mail, which stipulates delivery within three to ten business days.

    The cost of postage is $26 Australian (about $18 US, depending on exchange rates) for an order of one to three frames.

    The cost of a personalised frame in US dollars is about $34 (does vary with exchange rate), making the total cost of a personalised frame including delivery $52 US.

  • Information for customers in the United Kingdom

    We can deliver to the United Kingdom via registered international air mail, which stipulates delivery within three to ten business days.

    The cost of postage is $32 Australian (about 16 pounds, depending on exchange rates). Up to three frames can be delivered for this flat rate of postage.

    The cost of a personalised frame in sterling is about 23 pounds (does vary with exchange rate), making the total cost of a personalised frame including delivery 39 pounds.
